Speaking

Why I Speak

Growing up, whenever I faced misunderstanding or mistreatment due to my disability, my parents offered two pieces of wisdom: 'Consider the source,' and 'Use this as an opportunity to educate.'

While I understand the weariness many in the disability community feel about constantly educating others, I've always viewed it as a privilege. It's my chance to bridge the gap, to make disability issues approachable and non-threatening for those outside our community. I've had the honor of sharing my experiences through various presentations, and I'm eager to continue this work.

If you're interested in having me speak at your event, please reach out here to learn more about my previous presentations and how to request a speaking engagement.
